**About the Job**

As a SVP (Strategy, Finance and Operations), you will be responsible for designing and implementation of the business development strategy with Amazon teams across China, Korea, US, Japan. You will be leading a team of 10 across, finance, operations, technology and compliance.

What you will do:

- Expanding relationships with existing partners (ecommerce partners, logistics companies, payment partners) and form new partnerships to scale GMV by continuously proposing solutions that would help meet GMV targets
- Reviewing the performance of team periodically vis-à-vis business plan to advise or appraise them accordingly
- Managing strategy, operations, finance and taking complete P&L responsibility of the business
- Ensuring regular publishing of dashboards and key metrics to appraise senior management of the progress and performance of the vertical
- Ensuring timely closure of accounts, books, preparation of MIS
- Managing relationship with high performing sellers, including visiting them, understanding their pain points and solving them
- Recruiting new and large-scale sellers through a comprehensive pitch of our service offerings
- Updating technology team on market feedback of international sellers, channel partners and sharing insights on iteration of our proprietary technology product
- Stakeholder management (internal, external) and managing conflicts with grace
- Preparing business & financial plans and pitching to investors for a potential fund raise

What you need to have:

- MBA degree from a reputed institute is highly preferred
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in leading different functions in an organisation
- A strategic mindset for visualizing future possibilities and to translate them into breakthrough strategies
- Exceptional influencing skills; excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams
- Flexible mindset, and should be comfortable with complex environment and with evolving priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking
- Work experience in ecommerce is a significant advantage
- Strong business development capabilities
- Understanding of technology and software products is a significant advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
