We are looking for an experienced professional, who is passionate about e-commerce. He/she will join a dynamic and fast-paced company and work with cross-functional teams to scale the business. He/She will be responsible for the P&L of the business unit and will report to the headquarters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage strategy, operations, finance and take complete P&L responsibility of the business
- Manage the operational health of the business by ensuring high inventory turns, efficient working capital management and optimum profitability to reach target ROI for the business
- Review the performance of team periodically vis-à-vis business plan to advise or appraise them accordingly with the relevant stakeholders
- Ensures regular publishing of dashboards and key metrics to appraise senior management of the progress and performance of the vertical
- Ensuring timely closure of accounts, books, preparation of MIS.
- Stakeholder management (internal, external) and managing conflicts with grace
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting (GST, Service Tax, PT, TDS etc).

**Desired Requirements**
- BS/B.Com in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CA highly desirable
- 10+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce industry.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Business driven, people focused, with exceptional influencing skills; excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams
- Flexible mindset, and should be comfortable with complex environment and with evolving priorities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking
- Work experience in ecommerce is a significant advantage
- Understanding of technology and software products is a significant advantage
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- MBA degree from a reputed institute is highly preferred.

**Salary**: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
