**About the Job**

As a CFO/ SVP Finance, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

What you will do:

- Being a strategic partner to the MD and team with other internal stakeholders/ leaders as a Finance Business Partner
- Working with market place principals to run an annual planning process and monitoring execution against this
- Driving overall profitability and margins for the different GLs/ teams in the company
- Overseeing transformation projects and giving direction to the team
- Defining and executing budget and budget Vs. actual reporting. Also managing tax, audit & other compliance
- Overseeing deliverables from third party service provider to ensure complete control over operations and accountability
- In the medium term, getting the organization IPO ready, managing all processes towards the same
- Creating and managing a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

What you need to have:

- CA or Equivalent degree (ideally be from a leading institute in India or abroad)
- 12-15 years experience in leading the function in FMCG/E-Commerce space of a medium size company with complexity
