Handling of Mergers and acquisitions including due diligence process, evaluation of deals, Price negotiations. Preparation of detailed Project reports, justification (ROI analysis) of Capex proposals, monitoring and managing progress of long term projects. Partner with Treasury in fund managements at group level including Capital rationing, allocations to various initiatives. Provide leadership to the consolidation team in preparing standalone and consolidated Financial Statements (Quarterly & Annual). Key Skills Required Comprehends the totality of a business situation. Analyzes profitability. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value. Thorough understanding of the customer’s current and future needs; quick response to, and understanding of customer concerns and proactively providing optimal solutions; ensuring retention of competitive edge and buy in by nurturing an environment of trust and openness – customer centric always and focused on creating customer delight. Setting and upholding the standards; enforcing the rigor by ensuring zero deviations from the norm
