Finance Business Strategy Partner

The primary objective of this position is to provide financial guidance and support to the organization's operations region, enabling them to make informed decisions that align with the company's objectives.
This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making through a deep understanding of operational drivers and providing insightful analysis to inform action plans.
- Directly responsible for overseeing Enterprise IT finance, including cost control, balance sheet integrity, and forecasting processes.
- Partners with operation leadership to deliver regional budgets on target.
- Anticipates potential risks and opportunities on both short- and medium-term horizons and works with business partners to develop clear action plans in response.
- Develops and refines the organizational strategy to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sufficient resource flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA, CPA.
- 8-10 years related progressive financial experience, with preference for business partner experience and managerial responsibilities.
- Strong financial analytical skills and proven business acumen to connect financial performance to business strategy.
