**Director : Director, Strategy & Operations**
**Reports To : SVP**
**Location : Bangalore**

**Your Role**:
As one of the key leader’s of Operations /of the Digital team in India, you will play a critical role in unlocking and
- realizing the team’s full potential. With over 150 associates, this team is a strategic investment for the company,
- comprising of product management, data science & analytics, design and digital merchandizing to accelerate the
- company’s transformation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team's operational efficiency, seamless- capable of driving initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous collaboration and improvement, and strategic
- planning.

- **Responsibilities**
- Operational Excellence:

- Streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure teams are focused on business outcomes, aligned with strategic goals, and moving with
- velocity to deliver value to the organization. Help teams establish key performance i and track
- the progress against these KPIs
- Ensure teams are adequately resourced and key dependencies / bottlenecks are highlighted- Strategic Coordination:

- Collaborate with leadership for key strategic initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts and timely execution on
- **key initiatives.**
- Serve as a liaison between the Digital India Team and other global teams as needed- Communication and Presentations:

- Prepare presentations for executive leadership meetings, townhalls, strategic initiatives, and
- other key forums.
- Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate team achievements and initiatives.- Team Engagement:

- Monitor team morale and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and execute initiatives to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
- Proactively identify and address hotspots to maintain a positive team environment.- Strategic planning:

- Assist in the quarterly roadmap planning process, ensuring alignment with overall company
- objectives.
- Help in the annual planning process, ensuring coordination with cross functional leaders to
- prioritize and sequence projects for maximum impact.

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

**Qualifications**

**Your Experience**:

- 12-15 years of experience in operations, program management or a related role; 5+ years of experience in

a similar Operations or Chief of Staff / CEO’s office role at a startup, preferably within a digital or
technology-focused environment. 2-3 years of experience at a strategy consulting firm is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in excel and able to build models / forecasts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with roadmap planning and project coordination
- Experience in large scale platform set-up and operations; with an ability to have a holistic view of

dependencies, risks & issues that affect successful product deployments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and

stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Global mindset and experience collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones and

cultures
