**Position : PPC Manager / PPC Head**
- Creating production schedules based on demand projections to meet consumer demands.
- Oversee all aspects of production, planning & control and implementation of associated control system & processes, cooperate with Sales & procurement teams for scheduling requirements, to achieve targets on time.
- Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating and completion of all production orders to meet on time deliveries to customers.
- Responsible for data analysis and tracking for raw material & follow up to expedite deliveries to meet production schedule.
- Watching costs to ensure the production process stays within budget.
- Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
- Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
- Coordination with shipping providers to arrange for final product delivery to clients.
