Incumbent must have BE (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in area of Production planning and control.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office(Excell is must) and ERP systems - NAV 2016
- Good at math and statistics.

- Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple product lines.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance (Productivity, OTD) and minimum delay.
- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Ensure raw material availability - Monitoring thru Dynamic buffer management.
- Ensure ERP transactions in line with physical material transfer.
- Experience in forecast principles and analysis
- Desired experience with MRP (Material requirements planning)

**Position Summary** The **Production Planning and Control Executive** organizes the production according to demand Forecast. Also, to ensure our goods are produced on time for dispatches in a profitable manner. An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production and sales operations. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly Production Plan as per inputs from Sales Forecast - Weekly dispatch distribution, machine scheduling, raw material requirement etc.
- Monthly analysis of future forecast, identifying risks and bottlenecks
- Dynamic buffer management for raw materials - monitoring and maintain inventories.
- Release, monitor and close Production orders in ERP in co-ordination with production team.
- Monitor yield and loss and report the same.
- Follow up with production department for daily metal scrap transfer to strong room.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- To ensure that production deadlines/commitments are met
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple product lines.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Daily Co-ordinate with sales operation and Production for planning changes, commitments, re scheduling, priorities, delays etc. Customer focus.
- Monitor Production to assure that the committed dates are met.
- Bridge between production and sales operations team, focusing on customer expectation
- Obtain output information (number of finished products)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, supply chain and other staff.
- Monitor OTD and report the same.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
