**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Production Planning and Control (PPC) Executive to oversee and coordinate production operations in our home têxtile manufacturing unit. The role requires managing production schedules, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, and aligning production output with delivery timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements.
- Coordinate with weaving, dyeing, printing, stitching, and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods to maintain production flow and timelines.
- Ensure raw material availability by coordinating with the sourcing and procurement teams.
- Identify production delays and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and generate regular performance reports.
- Optimize capacity utilization to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Liaise with quality and logistics teams to ensure product standards and on-time dispatch.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in PPC, preferably in home têxtiles.
- Strong understanding of têxtile production processes.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
