**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Planning**: Develop and execute production schedules to meet sales targets and delivery deadlines. This includes coordinating with the design team, workshop manager, and sales department.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones) and finished jewellery. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- **Material Procurement**: Collaborate with vendors to procure materials. Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all incoming materials.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Utilize inventory management software to track stock, analyze production trends, and generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and cost analysis.
- **Quality Control**: Work closely with the production team to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and specifications.
- **System Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve production and inventory control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous and organized, with a keen eye for detail to handle valuable materials.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
