Job Description: Sales Executive (Luxury Jewellery Boutique)
Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Interaction: Attend to clients with professionalism, ensuring a premium jewellery shopping experience
- Billing & Documentation: Prepare accurate invoices, manage billing records, and maintain financial integrity
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory checks of jewellery items, reconcile stock levels, and report discrepancies
- Deliveries: Coordinate and oversee product deliveries, ensuring timely and secure dispatch
- Purchases: Manage procurement of jewellery and related luxury goods, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain purchase records
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and purchases for management review
- Luxury Standards: Uphold brand values, presentation, and service quality consistent with the luxury jewellery boutique environment
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the luxury segment (jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or similar)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Presentable appearance and grooming suitable for luxury clientele
- Ability to ride a two-wheeler (preferred) for handling deliveries and client visits
**Compensation**
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives
