As a PPC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process through effective planning and control.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA)**:

- **Production Planning and Control (PPC)**: Develop and implement production plans to meet the requirements of the production department.
- **Raw Material Arrangement**: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials as per production needs.
- **Supervision and Planning**: Oversee production activities, supervise the production team, and plan production schedules accordingly.
- **Design Making Skills**: Utilize design skills to contribute to the planning and improvement of production processes.
- **Daily, Weekly & Monthly Planning**: Work on the preparation of detailed plans for daily, weekly, and monthly production cycles.
- **Communication and Customer Handling**: Possess excellent communication skills to interact with the production team and handle customer inquiries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor's in Engineering (BE).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning and control.
- Design making skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage the production cycle effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
