**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**: Develop and manage the production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- **Material Management**: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and inventory turnover, ensuring that inventory is maintained at optimal levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- **Production Monitoring**: Track production performance and ensure adherence to the production schedule, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements in production planning, cycle time reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management, highlighting production output, resource utilization, and any deviations from the plan.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the quality control, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production and timely dispatch.
- **Demand Forecasting**: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production with market demand and customer requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in production planning, control, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment (knowledge of garden pipes or similar industries is a plus).

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
