**Job Description - Production Planning and Control -( Experience 5 to 6 Years - Steel Background)**

**Bright bar department:

- **

1. Daily machine wise raw material planning for both shift as per requirement.

2. Daily observation machine wise production quantity.

3. Daily prepare production report.

4. Daily raw material transfer from rolling mill to bright bar as per requirement by loading team.

5. Daily update finish good details to sales team for on time material delivery

6. Daily finish good stock maintain.

7. Export material packing list prepare.

8. Work order prepare against each and every sales order received from sales team and review all work order with sales team, production team and quality team for on time material delivery to customer without any defects.

9. Daily guide to all operator and supervisor to reduce rejection and keep material party wise.

10. Inform to Mr. Alok sir, for booking finish goods and raw material from outside which sizes are

Not possible in house production for export and local order.

**Rolling mill:

- **

1. Daily size wise raw material planning for rolling.

2. Billet cutting length calculation as per requirement for bright bar sizes and direct black bar dispatch.

3. Daily production report prepare.

4. Prepare weekly rolling schedule with sales team and production team for on time material delivery to customer.

5. Daily finish good stock maintain size and grade wise.

6. Daily raw material (billet) stock maintain.

7. Daily in ward raw material check as purchase order.

8. Daily coal consumption and balance stock maintain also inform to purchase team for coal booking

9. Prepare Export material packing list after all material ready. And also responsibility for container loading.

10. Inform to the Management, For raw material (billet) booking as per requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
