Job Description
We are seeking a Production Chemist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be a B.Sc. Chemistry graduate with relevant hands-on experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role will primarily focus on the production of solvents and specialty chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and SOPs.
- Handle and monitor the manufacturing processes for solvents & specialty chemicals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of production batches, process parameters, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any deviations or breakdowns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency and cost optimization.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Sc/Msc Chemistry (mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in chemical or pharma manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of chemical processes, safety norms, and GMP practices.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
