About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Production Executive with experience in the steel or metal manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, maintain quality standards, ensure machine efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This position requires hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor supervision, and machinery handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve output targets.
  • Oversee machine operations, process parameters, and routine safety checks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework or production delays.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
  • Prepare daily production reports, shift logs, and performance updates.
  • Maintain proper workforce allocation during shifts and ensure productivity.
  • Implement 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement practices.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3–4 years of experience in steel manufacturing / metal production (rolling, fabrication, forming, or machining).
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and quality checks.
  • Ability to manage shift operations and meet production deadlines.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic production reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, lean manufacturing, or TPM is a plus.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Taloja
