**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- **Production Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, schedules, and forecasts to meet customer demand and production capacity.
- Optimize production schedules to minimize lead times, maximize output, and reduce costs.
- Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Implement effective inventory control systems and procedures to track inventory movements and identify potential shortages or excesses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- **Capacity Planning**:

- Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop strategies to increase production capacity and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify defects.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- **Cost Control**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce production costs.
- Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and control labor, material, and overhead costs.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production planners and controllers.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production) or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
