**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and enforce administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure the proper maintenance and security of office facilities.
Manage and mentor junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and present them to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Suite.
