**Job Description**:
Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as per company policies.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Client Coordination:
Handle client communication and ensure queries are addressed or routed to the appropriate team.
Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings with clients and internal teams.
Compliance Support:
Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation and filing as required by the firm.
Coordinate with staff for timely submissions of reports and documentation.
HR and Staff Support:
Support HR functions such as attendance management and leave tracking.
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring proper setup of workspaces.
Event and Facility Management:
Organize and manage internal events or meetings, including logistics and catering.
Ensure upkeep of office premises, coordinating with housekeeping and security teams.
Technology and Systems:
Support basic troubleshooting for office systems and liaise with IT support as needed.
Maintain inventory of office equipment and ensure timely servicing.
Billing and Payments:
Assist in preparing invoices, following up on payments, and reconciling records.
Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
