1. To maintain office and coordinate with vendors suppliers and agencies
2. Manage social media and marketing Assignments
3. Manage and organize meetings, and appointments.
5. Maintain filing systems and office supplies inventory.
6. Assist with project management.
7. Conduct research and provide recommendations on various matters or projects.
8. Coordinate events and functions.
9. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
10. Assist with onboarding new employees and managing office supplies.
11. Confidentiality and Discretion.
12. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
13. Exercise discretion in managing personal and professional matters
**Qualifications**
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Skills**:
1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
