**Job Title**: Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **daily office operations** to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage **office supplies, equipment, and inventory**, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Maintain and update **office records, files, and databases**.
- Assist in **scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements** for executives and staff.
- Process invoices, track office expenses, and assist with **basic bookkeeping tasks**.
- Support HR with **employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management**.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and office regulations**.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a **clean, organized, and professional office environment**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven **experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal abilities**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)** and office management software.
- Ability to **handle confidential information** with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
