Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise office boys and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage logistics, courier, and delivery coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination.
Plan and execute office events, celebrations, and functions.
Take complete ownership of administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.
Assist the HR team in their day-to-day operational and facility-related activities.
Oversee and track all incoming and outgoing deliveries, parcels, and inventory items.
Ensure office supplies, pantry, and maintenance requirements are adequately managed.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in administration or facilities management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation work.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a similar role (Admin Executive / Admin Manager / Office C-coordinator
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
