
Office Administrator

Seeking an Office administrator for a company based in Andheri west.
Timings: 8:30am - 5pm
Experience: 1-2 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Create, review, approve, and process purchase orders
- Manage Digital Files
- Create proposals using Microsoft Excel and in-house programs
- Manage current jobs, maintain budgets, approve change orders
- Create and maintain job files
- Manage Projects
- Operate in Sales Force
**Requirements**:
- High Level of English comprehension and pronunciation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration/management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely particular with a filing system
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
