- Prepare and distribute internal memos and announcements.
**3. Record Keeping and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records, including employee records, attendance, and office expenses.
- Organize and manage filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
**4. Facilities Management**:
- Oversee facilities and maintenance services, including cleanliness, safety, and repairs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Implement cost-saving measures where possible.
**6. Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and document preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
