**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, handling clerical tasks, and supporting the staff with day-to-day administrative operations. This role ensures that the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning and Maintenance**:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
- Ensure that the office environment is always neat and tidy.
**Administrative Support**:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and binding of documents.
- Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and replenishing items when necessary.
- Distribute mail and parcels to appropriate departments or personnel.
**Logistics**:
- Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms for conferences or client meetings.
- Support in moving and arranging furniture, office supplies, and other items as required.
**Errands**:
- Perform outdoor tasks such as bank deposits, collecting mail, and other assigned errands.
- Coordinate with vendors and couriers for pickups and deliveries.
**Miscellaneous**:
- Assist in the management of office waste disposal.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or administrative team.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Cleaner, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of office operations and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle minor lifting tasks.
**Skills**:
- Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and a courteous attitude.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
