**Job Title**: Office Assistant
**Location**: BKC
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Errands**: Run errands as required, such as picking up supplies, delivering documents, or handling external tasks on behalf of the office.
- **Document Handling**: Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital documents. Ensure files are accurate and up-to-date, and retrieve documents as needed.
- **Data Entry**: Assist with entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or management systems accurately.
- **Meeting Support**: Help prepare for meetings by setting up rooms, ensuring all required materials are available, and handling refreshments as needed.
- **Mail and Package Handling**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist with sending outgoing mail and maintaining tracking for shipments.
- **Office Organization**: Ensure that office spaces are tidy, stocked with necessary supplies, and that equipment is in good working condition.
- **Client and Visitor Support**: Assist with welcoming and directing visitors and clients when necessary.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to perform errands efficiently and manage external tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
