Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle basic office maintenance tasks such as filing, waste disposal, and ensuring cleanliness in restrooms and pantry areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
- Maintain adequate stock of beverages, snacks, office stationery, and other essentials.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and setting up necessary equipment.
- Ensure the proper usage and upkeep of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and water dispensers.
- Welcome and greet visitors, offer refreshments, and guide them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and support guest registration when needed.
- Carry out routine tasks such as delivering documents, visiting banks, CA, and lawyers’ offices, and managing parcels or office supplies.
- Support administrative staff with tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Provide general assistance to staff as required for day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Up to Graduation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office assistant or similar support role
**Compensation**:
₹1,20,000 - ₹2,40,000 per annum (depending on profile and experience)
