**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**: Keep the office premises clean and tidy, including the kitchen, washrooms, meeting rooms, and workstations.
- **Tea/Coffee Service**: Provide tea, coffee, and refreshments to office staff and visitors as needed.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks**: Help with the preparation of documents, filing, and organizing office supplies.
- **Courier and Postal Services**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages. Ensure timely delivery and collection of office correspondence.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Assist in managing office supplies by ensuring stock levels are maintained and reordering when necessary.
- **Support Staff**: Assist in setting up for meetings, conferences, and other office events.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the office staff, including running errands and assisting with office-related needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as an office boy, office assistant, or in a similar support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Basic communication skills in English and/or local language.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Pleasant and courteous demeanor.
- **Physical Ability**: Must be able to handle light lifting, carry office supplies, and perform tasks requiring physical movement.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
