**Job Description - Office Administration**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and calendar management for senior leadership.
- Maintain and organize office documentation, files, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the MD and team.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment activities.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all tasks.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration or executive assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
