
Accounts and Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor expenses, and manage petty cash transactions.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Support the senior accountant with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and oversee office maintenance needs.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other logistics as needed.
- Support various administrative tasks to improve office efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (freshers with relevant coursework may be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,132.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
