**Job Title**: Preschool Administrative Officer**Job Summary**:
The Preschool Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the preschool. This role ensures smooth communication between staff and parents, supports the teaching team, handles enrollment processes, and maintains organized records and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain student records, attendance, health documentation, and emergency contact information.
- Assist in the enrollment and admission process, including tours and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for staff and parents.
- Handle communication with parents regarding notices, updates, and newsletters.
- Manage office supplies and preschool inventory.
- Support compliance with licensing regulations and safety policies.
- Process invoices, fee collection, and petty cash handling (if applicable).
- Assist the preschool director and teaching staff with administrative tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
