Job Summary:
The preschool coordinator manages the daily operations of a preschool, liaising between educational staff, parents, and administrative bodies to maintain and enhance the educational standards and operational efficiency of the institution. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Program Development and Implementation**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum and educational programs.
- Ensure that the curriculum meets local educational standards and is aligned with developmental goals for young children.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and professional development opportunities to staff.
- Organize staff meetings to discuss educational strategies and administrative issues.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding their children’s progress and the preschool’s policies.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and special events like sports days and cultural celebrations.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations to enhance educational opportunities.
- **Operational Management**:

- Manage the preschool’s budget, allocate resources, and oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle admissions, enrollment processes, and maintain student records.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational content and teacher performance to ensure high standards are met.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on feedback from staff, parents, and regulatory bodies.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Develop and enforce emergency procedures.
- Address and resolve conflicts or complaints from parents or staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
