
Front Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
**ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE PREFERRED**
- Greet and welcome parents, students, and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Manage the preschool's front desk, ensuring a professional and organized reception area.

- Assist parents with the registration process, ensuring all documentation is complete and
filed.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance logs, and contact information.
- Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and students.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of preschool events, meetings, and parent
- teacher conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the safety and security of the reception area by monitoring visitor access and
maintaining visitor logs.
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Pleasing personality
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or administrative certification is a
plus
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in an educational
setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable
attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office
equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with
confidentiality.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
