
Guest Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service Excellence: o Greet and assist mall visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering information about mall facilities, events, and promotions. o Address and resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and effective manner. o Provide assistance in locating stores, amenities, and other services within the mall. o Handle requests for lost and found items, and maintain a detailed log for followup. 2. Mall Operations Support: o Collaborate with various mall departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. o Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the guest service areas, such as information desks, lounges, and restrooms. o Monitor and report maintenance or facility issues and ensure prompt resolution. o Keep track of mall events, offers, and promotions and ensure guests are informed. 3. Guest Experience Enhancement: o Proactively engage with guests to enhance their shopping experience and gather feedback for improvement. o Support in organizing and managing mall events, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. o Assist in managing VIP services, such as personalized services and exclusive offers for loyal customers. 4. Administrative Support: o Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions. o Provide administrative support for reporting and analyzing guest service trends. o Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to guest satisfaction. 5. Crisis Management: o Handle emergency situations effectively and professionally, ensuring the safety and comfort of all visitors. o Work closely with security and mall management in case of any urgent incidents or evacuations. 6. Promotions and Marketing Support: o Assist in the implementation of mall promotions, marketing campaigns, and special events. o Distribute promotional materials and provide guests with relevant information about ongoing deals and events. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: High school diploma required; Retail Management, or a relate
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality management. - Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. o Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. o Basic computer literacy (MS Office, customer service software, etc.). o Knowledge of mall operations and retail services is a plus.
