Key Responsibilities of a Guest Relations Executive

1. Guest Welcome & AssistanceGreet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued.

Provide information about Project amenities.

Offer personalized services to VIP guests.

2. Customer Service & Experience ManagementAddress guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest query

Collect and analyze guest feedback for continuous service improvement.

Ensure guests are satisfied with their experience before they leave.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.

Provide information about special promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Communication & CoordinationAct as a liaison between guests and different departments.

Keep management informed about guest concerns and service improvements.

Complaint Resolution & Problem-SolvingHandle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Offer solutions or compensation where necessary.

Escalate major issues to management for resolution.

Brand Representation & ProfessionalismUphold the company’s brand standards and policies.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Train new team members if required.
