Complaint Resolution: Addressing guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may impact the guest experience.

Guest Relationship Management: Building rapport with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized service.

Event Management: Assisting with mall events, including set-up, guest registration, and overall event flow.

Information Dissemination: Keeping guests informed about mall events, promotions, and other relevant information.

Coordination: Collaborating with other mall staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Feedback Collection: Gathering guest feedback and reporting it to management to help improve the overall mall experience.

General Office Support: Assisting with various office tasks, such as handling phone calls, managing documents, and other administrative duties.
