  • Welcome and greet visitors, shoppers, and VIP guests warmly.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about mall facilities, stores, promotions, and events.
  • Assist customers with directions, lost & found, wheelchair/stroller services, etc.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and operations teams for guest support.
  • Maintain service desks/kiosks and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support execution of promotional campaigns, events, and festive activities.
  • Handle emergencies (medical, safety, lost child situations) as per SOPs.
  • Ensure high service standards aligned with the DLF Mall brand image.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Retail, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language).
  • Pleasant personality, grooming, and customer-first attitude.
  • Problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalations.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
