Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) Hospital

Department: Front Office / Patient Relations

Reporting To: Guest Relations Manager / Front Office Manager

Location: Rama Hospital, Noida Sector- 61

Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

The role involves ensuring a smooth, pleasant, and supportive experience for all guests by

providing professional assistance, guidance, and information during their hospital visit or stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in collaboration with nursing and

billing departments.

Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and escalate issues when

necessary.

Provide information regarding hospital facilities, consultants, and services.

Assist international and VIP patients with personalized care and coordination.

Maintain daily patient interaction reports and update management on key concerns or

feedback.

Support billing and documentation processes as needed.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments to ensure patient

satisfaction.

Ensure waiting areas and front desk zones are organized and welcoming.

Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with empathy and accuracy.

Education: Graduate in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or any related field.

Experience: 13 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or hospitality environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Information System).

Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
