Role Overview

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) will be the
face of guest experience at Basko
, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. This role is about creating memorable interactions, resolving guest concerns proactively, and maintaining strong relationships with our patrons, influencers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Engagement

  • Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring smooth service from entry to exit.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns promptly with professionalism and warmth.
  • Ensure VIPs, influencers, and repeat guests receive personalized attention.

Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with regular patrons to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain a guest database for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on guest invites for events, launches, and collaborations.

Service Excellence

  • Monitor floor operations to ensure high standards of service and ambiance.
  • Liaise between guests and service/kitchen/bar teams for seamless coordination.
  • Suggest ways to improve guest experience through feedback analysis.

Brand Representation

  • Be a brand ambassador for Basko, both on-premise and online.
  • Engage with guests for social media moments (reposts, check-ins, influencer handling).
  • Support PR and event teams during brand activations and collaborations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in
    hospitality, guest relations, or customer service
    (luxury bars, hotels, or restaurants preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a
    warm, confident, and approachable demeanor
    .
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and empathy.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple interactions at once.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event nights.

    with the right attitude, who can assist in guest relations and help bring tables to events.
