Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Officer located in Noida. The Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for managing communications with current and potential investors, preparing financial reports, conducting financial modeling, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks will include developing investor relations strategies, coordinating investor meetings, and ensuring all financial disclosures comply with regulations. The role requires collaboration with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Investor Relations and communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Solid Finance knowledge and Financial Modeling abilities
  • Experience in Accounting and financial reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA or CPA certification is a plus
