Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support & Calendar Management

  2. Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing internal and external meetings

  3. Anticipate conflicts, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for engagements

  4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  5. Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners

  6. Draft, review, and manage high-level communications including emails, presentations, and investor updates
  7. Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action items from meetings

  8. Board, Investor & Leadership Coordination

  9. Support the preparation of board decks, investor communications, and leadership offsites

  10. Collaborate with CFO, Chief of Staff, and functional heads to align on key deliverables

  11. Project & Task Management

  12. Monitor CEO's priorities, OKRs, and strategic company initiatives

  13. Identify bottlenecks and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution
  14. Handle confidential projects and conduct strategic research as directed

  15. Meeting & Travel Logistics

  16. Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing and accommodation

  17. Manage logistics for conferences, investor roadshows, and speaking engagements
  18. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth travel execution

  19. Operational Excellence

  20. Develop and refine processes to enhance CEO productivity and time efficiency

  21. Maintain documentation, filing systems, and knowledge management for key decisions
  22. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the CEO's office

  23. Culture & Confidentiality

  24. Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and integrity

  25. Act as a culture carrier, fostering alignment with company values
  26. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company, financial, and personal matters
Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution strongly preferred
  • 1+ year of experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth or dynamic environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and other relevant languages
  • Street-smart, resourceful, and able to think on your feet in high-pressure situations
  • Proven ability to coordinate and build trust with CXO-level stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
