Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at HOOKABA, located in Noida. The Customer Relations Manager will handle day-to-day tasks related to managing customer interactions, providing excellent service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with other teams to improve customer experience and implementing strategies to retain customers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer interactions
- Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or customer relations roles is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage time efficiently
