Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Guest Relations Specialist. The Guest Relations Specialist will manage customer inquiries, ensure a positive customer experience, and provide top-notch support to clients. Responsibilities include handling guest relations, resolving customer issues, fostering long-term relationships, and maintaining strong communication channels. The role also involves identifying customer needs and potential sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client journey.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Guest Relations and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Experience management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Sales processes and client retention strategies
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a remote environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer-first approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
