Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Guest Relations Specialist. The role involves engaging and building strong relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The specialist will also contribute to customer satisfaction through effective communication, support quality customer service via prompt responses, and assist with sales and guest-related initiatives.
