
Guest Relation/ Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Guest Relation /Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a seamless visitor and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and guests with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and record messages when necessary.
- Manage front desk activities, including maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor/contractor passes, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and communicate updates to concerned stakeholders promptly.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing couriers, emails, and other official communication in an organized and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors and callers, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth operations and ensure a seamless visitor experience
Educational Requirement:-
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- MBA (Optional)
Experience
- 0-4 years of experience
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Aviation is good
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
