Responsibilities
- Guest and Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, manage the flow of traffic, and answer inquiries.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail and deliveries, maintain a tidy and organized reception area, and perform data entry and filing.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings and conference room schedules.
- Security: Control access to the office by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front desk is well-stocked with necessary stationery and supplies.
- Reporting: Report to management and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and phones, as well as proficiency in software like Microsoft Office.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an organized workspace.
- Customer Service: A professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
