Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and proactive Front Desk Executive / Admin who will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services efficiently.
  • Manage visitor records and employee attendance logs.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure a clean and well-maintained workspace.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure meeting areas are properly set up.
  • Handle travel bookings, cab arrangements, and hotel reservations when required.
  • Manage petty cash and basic administrative expenses.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA / B.Com / Hospitality Management).
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin / Reception roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, presentable personality, and a customer-oriented approach.
