Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Noida. The candidate will manage daily front desk operations, including answering phone calls, attending to visitors, and performing receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities include providing clerical support, maintaining a professional work environment, and offering excellent customer service to clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing visitor check-ins and maintaining a well-organized front desk area
  • Strong Phone Etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
  • Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service acumen to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office management tools
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
