
Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role requires a professional, courteous, and efficient individual who can manage reception duties, handle inquiries, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle courier services (inward/outward) and maintain proper records.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, etc.).
- Assist HR/Administration team in coordinating office activities and employee needs.
- Manage inventory of front desk supplies (stationery, visitor cards, etc.).
- Ensure smooth communication between office staff and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree / Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist or in customer service role.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
