Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Front Desk Executive for our Noida location. This is a full-time role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, ensuring high-quality hospitality, and supporting media industry activities with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations within the media industry, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality practices to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff members.
- Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) for interacting effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Ability to manage event coordination to assist in organizing and facilitating company events and meetings.
- Proficient scheduling skills for managing calendars, appointments, and room bookings efficiently.
- Experience in supporting media industry operations and liaising with different departments to support their needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Organized and detail-oriented to handle administrative tasks and maintain smooth front desk functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage front desk operations including handling phone calls, emails, and distributing mail efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings and appointments to optimize time management for staff and executives.
- Support the coordination of company events, ensuring all logistical needs are met for successful execution.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area conducive to a professional business environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications regarding front desk-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs and streamline operations.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees by providing necessary information and resources.
